Round Tables for 100 Wedding Guests in Amarillo

Bride and groom share a romantic dance surrounded by round reception tables beneath sparkling chandeliers and string lights at Cornerstone Ranch Event Center near Amarillo, Texas.
From intimate weddings to large celebrations, Cornerstone Ranch Event Center in Amarillo, TX, offers flexible round-table seating arrangements that leave plenty of room for dining, dancing, and celebrating.

How many tables for 100 wedding guests? At Cornerstone Ranch Event Center, ten 72-inch round tables, seated ten to a table. Or thirteen tables seating up to eight guests each.

Ten a table is our standard, and our rounds still leave room at ten. A lot of venues plan on eight.

Eight is there when a bride wants more tables filling the room. Same space, same feel, from 50 guests to 500.

Our 72-inch rounds are rated for twelve, but we hardly ever seat that many. At ten, there's plenty of elbow room and the charger plates sit spaced the way they should. Squeeze in twelve and the chargers come off, guests reach past each other, and servers end up working around people instead of behind them.

Quick math tip: if your wedding party sits at a head table, those seats come out of your 100 first. Count the head table separately, then divide what's left.

Worried 100 guests will look lost in a big room? That's its own question, and we answered it with a real layout: whether a large venue will feel too big for a smaller wedding

Happy wedding planning.
