Every seat is ready before the ceremony begins! At Cornerstone Ranch Event Center near Amarillo, TX, our outdoor ceremony seating and indoor reception seating are set up separately, so guests never have to move chairs or wait for a room flip.

How many wedding chairs do you need? If you want your ceremony and reception fully set up before guests arrive, plan on about double your guest count. One seat for every guest at the ceremony and another at dinner.

Having 100 guests? That's approximately 200 seats.

At Cornerstone Ranch Event Center, our last two 500-guest weddings each had over a thousand seats ready: 500 at the ceremony site, 500 at the reception, and about 40 more at the Silo.

A guest should never have to touch a chair.

That's why our reception is completely set before the ceremony begins. Nobody has to carry chairs, and guests aren't left waiting while a room gets rearranged. We call it No Reception Flip.
